Upcoming features
Hey there Webbies!
It’s been a while since our last deploy, but we have been working on a lot of awesome features. After putting the initial idea out there, we started to work on our ReadyStack(tm) Builder backend.
Our goal was to allow full blown parametrization and hierarchy on the stacks, in a way we could offer the end user (yeah, you!) the ultimate engine to create, configure and deploy our stacks. This goal is partially met with this deploy, but there are still hard work ahead of us! So, wait for more…
Enough with the talking, let’s get to new features:
Webby Overview
- Status now indicates if each webby is being restarted, rebooted or redeployed additionally the the current known states. If state is transitive, it keeps looking out for updates.

- Notes now enabled with inline editing.

Dashboard
- Confirmation for Reboot, Shutdown and Start operations.

- Installed Stack is now a link to the installed stack documentation, with information about what was installed where.

- Fixed: shutdown operation was not being logged on Action Log pane.

Redeploy
- Revamped ReadyStack(tm) engine now allows maximum customization of stacks: with this you can now tweak each stack to reflect your needs and unleash all the power of each stack components.

- Redeploy followup procedure more user friendly, allowing user to stay on the redeploy screen until the whole process is finished. After that, the user is automatically redirected to the ReadyStack(tm) documentation page.

- More fine-grained feedback information on the Dashboard and on the redeploy screen. Now user gets more detailed information of what is going on.

- Everytime a ReadyStack(tm) is redeployed, the user will receive a copy of the documentation via email, notifying that the process ended and also showing all information needed for a quick start.
